Chihamba African American Cultural Arts Festival: Vendor Application Description
We invite local businesses, artisans, and entrepreneurs to apply for vendor space at this year’s Chihamba African American Cultural Arts Festival. Hosted at Jackson P. Burley Middle School in Charlottesville, our festival brings together a diverse audience to celebrate African American heritage, enjoy live entertainment, and explore a variety of family-friendly activities. By becoming a vendor, you’ll have the opportunity to:
Promote Your Brand: Showcase your products or services to a broad audience seeking unique, high-quality offerings.
Engage the Community: Build lasting connections with festival-goers who are eager to support local businesses and learn about new products or services.
Contribute to a Time-Honored Tradition: Be part of the longest-running African American Cultural Arts Festival in Charlottesville, highlighting unity, culture, and community outreach.
Vendor Space
Each approved vendor will receive a designated area (dimensions provided upon acceptance) to display items, distribute promotional materials, and interact with attendees. A limited number of covered spaces under the Main Event Tent may be available—please indicate your preference on the application form.
